About the Programme

Why this course exists

There's a specific kind of professional frustration that comes from knowing your work is good but watching less experienced people get more attention online. We built this programme because that gap is bridgeable.

The observation that started it

We kept noticing the same pattern. Experienced professionals in Romania, typically in their thirties and forties, with genuine expertise in their fields, completely absent from LinkedIn. Not because they didn't understand the platform. Not because they were bad communicators. But because nobody had shown them a method that fit their actual professional reality.

The advice available to them was mostly built for freelancers, startup founders, or people in explicitly creative fields. It assumed you had a "personal brand" already and just needed to amplify it. It talked about "content creation" as if creating content was a natural desire that just needed to be unlocked. It suggested posting schedules that made sense if LinkedIn were your job, not a part of your job.

What we decided to build instead

A programme grounded in professional communication principles, not marketing theory. One that starts from the assumption that you already have valuable things to say. You just need a structured way to identify them, a reliable method to write about them, and a realistic approach to doing it consistently.

We kept the scope very narrow on purpose. Eight weeks. One clear theme per week. Weekly live sessions so questions get answered in real time. No profile management because that creates dependency rather than capability. No marketing course wrapper because that's not what an experienced professional needs.

The Romanian professional context

LinkedIn in Romania has specific dynamics. The platform is growing, but the norms around professional self-presentation are still forming. There are fewer established conventions, which is actually an advantage. It means a well-crafted, authentic post from an experienced professional stands out more, not less.

At the same time, Romanian professionals often have a particular discomfort with what might feel like self-promotion. The programme addresses this directly. There's a meaningful difference between boasting and making your expertise visible to the people who need it. We spend time on that distinction because it matters to the way you write.

What we are not trying to do

We're not trying to turn you into a "LinkedIn influencer" or a content creator. We're not trying to change your professional identity or make you sound like someone you're not. We don't manage profiles and we don't write content on behalf of participants.

The goal is straightforward: at the end of eight weeks, you should be able to write a thoughtful LinkedIn post in twenty minutes, find topics from your own experience without strain, and maintain a consistent presence that reflects who you actually are professionally.
