Week by week

Here's exactly what we cover. Each week includes written materials, exercises you complete between sessions, and one live group session.

Week 01

Profile Audit and Professional Positioning

We begin with an honest look at what your current LinkedIn profile communicates, compared to what you want it to communicate. You'll complete a structured audit covering headline, about section, experience entries, and overall impression. The live session this week focuses on positioning principles: how experienced professionals can articulate their value without it feeling forced.

By the end of this week:
  • You have a clear picture of where your profile currently stands
  • You understand the positioning principles that apply to your professional level
  • You have a written brief of what your profile should convey
Week 02

Experience Mining: Finding Your Content

This is one of the most practically useful weeks in the programme. We walk through a structured exercise that extracts potential post topics from your professional history. You've handled problems, learned things the hard way, navigated transitions, made decisions under uncertainty. All of that is material. The method helps you see it as such.

By the end of this week:
  • You have a list of at least twelve potential post topics
  • You understand the categories of experience that translate well to LinkedIn
  • You have started developing a personal content vocabulary
Week 03

Topic Framework and Content Direction

With your raw material from week two, this week you build a sustainable content direction. Not an editorial calendar or a rigid plan, but a clear sense of which topics belong to you and how they connect. The live session works through how to organise your topics into a coherent voice rather than a random collection of posts.

By the end of this week:
  • Your topics are organised into a personal framework
  • You have a clear content direction that reflects your professional identity
  • You can quickly identify whether a new idea fits your direction
Week 04

The 20-Minute Post Structure

The core writing framework of the programme. A four-part structure that gives every post a clear shape before you start writing. The live session this week is partly a workshop: you write a post using the framework during the session itself, so you leave having experienced the method rather than just having heard about it. The goal is twenty minutes from idea to finished draft.

By the end of this week:
  • You know the four-part post structure and can apply it independently
  • You have written your first complete post using the framework
  • The blank-page problem is substantially reduced
Week 05

Professional Tone and Credibility Signals

How you write matters as much as what you write. This week covers the professional communication principles that distinguish credible LinkedIn posts from generic ones. We look at tone, the difference between sharing experience and making claims, how to handle nuance, and what language choices build trust rather than erode it.

By the end of this week:
  • You can identify the tonal qualities that characterise credible professional writing
  • You have a set of practical language guidelines specific to your professional context
  • You understand how to handle complexity without losing clarity
Week 06

Recommendations: Asking, Giving, Receiving

LinkedIn recommendations are an underused asset for most experienced professionals. This week covers the full picture: how to ask in a way that feels natural and professional, how to write recommendations for others that are genuinely useful, and how to make the most of recommendations you receive. The awkwardness around asking usually comes from the absence of a clear, considerate approach. We provide one.

By the end of this week:
  • You have a clear approach to requesting recommendations from colleagues and clients
  • You can write a strong, specific recommendation for someone else
  • You understand how to make recommendations visible and useful on your profile
Week 07

Rhythm and Consistency: Posting Without Burning Out

Consistency is the part most people struggle with after initial motivation fades. This week we build a posting plan around your actual available time, not an idealised schedule. We also cover the practical difference between a visible presence and spam: frequency, variety, and how your network perceives different kinds of posts.

By the end of this week:
  • You have a realistic, personalised posting schedule
  • You understand the relationship between frequency and audience perception
  • You have a system for maintaining a queue of ready topics
Week 08

Review, Refinement and What Comes Next

The final week is a structured reflection on everything covered. We look at what's working in participants' posts, refine based on what you've learned, and address anything that didn't land perfectly in the first seven weeks. The live session includes individual feedback time. You leave with a complete toolkit and a clear path forward.

By the end of this week:
  • You have reviewed and refined your approach across all programme areas
  • You have received individual feedback on your posts
  • You have a clear, sustainable plan for the months ahead
